Personalised wellbeing program transforms attitudes and relationships

A personalised wellbeing program has inspired 96% of leaders to enhance their resilience and be better role models for wellbeing, a KPMG Australia director says.

The 'lead with wellbeing' program, which the employer co-designed and runs in partnership with The Resilience Institute, aims to help leaders build healthy practices and habits for themselves, and to model them to their people, says KPMG Australia's director of inclusion, wellbeing and safety, Lainie Cassidy.

Participants undergo a personalised diagnostic process and receive a detailed report with a resilience ratio. "Then there's a one-on-one coaching session [to] unpack their results and talk about what their focus is across the 12-month journey," followed by regular coaching sessions to "keep them on track"; a resilience dashboard; and in-person workshops, Cassidy tells HR Daily...
