Worker with psych injury had "reasonable time" to recover before dismissal

Three months was a "reasonable" amount of time to wait and see if an employee recovered from a psychological injury so he could return to work, the Fair Work Commission has ruled in rejecting his unfair dismissal claim.

In February this year, the Kinetic bus driver was sacked for being unable to fulfil the inherent requirements of his position, and he claimed unfair dismissal.
