Four years into a bespoke L&D program, ANZ Bank has been achieving a 10% year-on-year uplift in capability, causing it to set higher targets.
ANZ's self-guided Marketing Masters program, which HR Daily first reported in 2021, enables marketing staff to identify personal learning gaps via a self-assessment tool, and offers a range of learning options to address them.
