Standout EVPs have a focus beyond recruitment

When embarking on an EVP project it's crucial to consider what specific problem needs solving, instead of just focusing on what will make careers pages more attractive, a specialist says.

Visitors to an employer's career page often just see prosaic statements around "digestible themes" such as flexibility, DEI and impact, says director of Peak Corporate Solutions, Malcolm Peak.
