Refugee inclusion program 'more than a job or a placement'

Ikea has turned an eight-week placement program into a permanent recruitment pillar, after achieving success on multiple levels with a pilot refugee workforce inclusion program.

The Refugee Workforce Inclusion program provides people seeking asylum and refugees with stable work – a vital part of rebuilding their lives in a new country – says Ikea's refugee workforce inclusion leader Harriet Pope.
