PIP was prompted by communication issues, not racism

An employee who admitted to "a habit of speaking at length" has failed to prove he was put on a PIP due to his race, rather than his difficulties with communication and collaboration.

The senior software engineer at Nine Entertainment alleged he suffered discrimination when the employer failed to properly investigate his bullying allegations against a manager, placed him on a performance improvement plan, and pressured him to resign.
