"Meetings upon meetings" about performance errors caused psych injury

An employee called into "meetings upon meetings" about two workplace incidents, despite the fact she had already provided statements and received a final warning, has won her psychological injury claim.

HJ Heinz Company Australia gave the production operator a final written warning in August 2021 for putting incorrect labels on sauce bottles the month before, although she blamed a co-worker who failed to comply with a 'quality control check sheet'.

A few days later, when the company detected incorrect temperature settings on a line operated by the employee, it invited her to attend a meeting the following day.
