"Lived experience" advocates breaking down mental health stigma

Stigma around mental health remains widespread, but designated "lived experience advocates" are making a difference in some organisations.

When it comes to mental health challenges, "the reality is most of us have either experienced this ourselves or have had close family members or close friends experiencing that. So, we often have lived experience to a certain extent", RMIT management associate professor Lena Wang tells HR Daily.
