Leaders struggling with "onslaught of constant change"

Many leaders now feel like they're stuck on a "hamster wheel", and they're losing sight of their macro environment, a leadership specialist says.

The pandemic has shown organisations that leaders can respond well in a crisis, says Nous Group principal Christie Allison.

However, it's clear leaders have since struggled to manage the "onslaught of constant change", she tells HR Daily.
