How Google reframed EX around perks and "products of work"

EVPs are heading "increasingly towards experiences and transformation" as pay becomes less of a differentiator, Google's strategic advisor for people experience says.

Ahead of his appearance at this year's Australasian Talent Conference, Google's Dart Lindsley has told a briefing that employees want more experience-based perks.

"A great friction that we feel today is that people come for the money... but they want this other thing and they aren't really able to express it," Lindsley says.

"Or we aren't able to hear it, is the more likely thing..."
