Give employees choice on how to improve wellbeing: CPO

Because what "improving my wellbeing" looks like will vary between employees, it's important to give them choice, and not make distinctions between work and home, according to a chief people officer.

In FY22, Blackmores Group launched its RISE employee wellbeing program, which aims to provide tools, resources, and experiences across the various facets of health – including physical and mental health, emotional balance, social connection, and personal and professional growth.
