An organisation is changing how its employees think about emerging technologies by allowing them to experiment with AI to streamline their work, according to its CPO.

Endeavour Energy is using emerging tech to automate manual processes and provide better services to its customers, chief data, people, and sustainability officer Melissa Irwin has told the recent SAP conference on future-proofing businesses.

Due to broader transitions in the energy market, the company is changing the way it provides services to its customers, to "ensure we're providing sustainable green affordable energy", she says.
