Experts' "super-powers" can alleviate the talent crisis

Silos and stereotypes are compromising employers' ability to attract, retain and utilise expert talent, but small, inexpensive changes can make a big difference, new research suggests.

The whitepaper, authored by Expertunity chief research officer and principal consultant Darin Fox, draws on five years of research involving more than 2,000 experts and 30 organisations. This includes "millions" of data points from 360 reviews, and Fox's own experience coaching experts one-on-one, he tells HR Daily.
