EVP overhaul a "game changer" for attraction and engagement

A revamped EVP has helped an employer's job views skyrocket and its time-to-hire plummet, while driving up key engagement metrics, its CPO says.

At Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) before the revamp, the EVP was there, but it wasn't strongly articulated, or as strategically linked to the organisation's goals, chief people and culture officer Mariam Hares tells HR Daily.
