Employers 'missing the mark' with graduate hiring

Competition for graduates has been intensifying, but many organisations are failing to keep talent engaged for long enough to actually hire them, says a leader in the recruitment tech space.

The proportion of employers hiring grads, and the numbers of their intake, have increased significantly over the past couple of years, after a lull during the peak of the pandemic, according to Hirevue head of APAC Damon Pal.
