Employee who fostered 'unpleasant atmosphere' was lawfully sacked

An employee who made numerous bullying and harassment complaints about a manager during her seven weeks of employment has failed to prove she was unlawfully sacked.

The property manager worked for Harcourts Kalamanda from 1 July 2019 until she was sacked on 20 August for failing to follow policies and procedures.

She subsequently claimed adverse action, arguing the employer dismissed her because she'd made 13 workplace complaints or enquiries, and that the employer's principal and her manager were involved in the contraventions...
