Disciplinary action blocked in interim stop-bullying orders

The Fair Work Commission has expressed "genuine concern" that an employee would continue to be bullied if it didn't make interim orders halting a disciplinary process.

Commissioner Jennifer Hunt said the attitude towards the absent employee's incapacity for work was "aggressive and extraordinarily disrespectful", making interim orders "necessary".

In early June, the accountant made a stop-bullying application against her employer, Qld Trade Services Builders, its director and another accountant, who is also the director's wife and the sole trader of Accountancy Bookkeeping Tax Solutions...
