Online wagering platform Betfair has "reengineered" traditional succession planning to focus more strongly on talent retention as a proactive measure, says head of people and culture Tim Guille.

Over the past few months, the organisation has reflected on how to tap into personal motivators to develop its talent retention program, he tells HR Daily.
