Amazon Australia's internship intake is proving highly successful in pipelining emerging talent into the business, its program lead says.
The intern program is growing "quite exponentially", student programs ANZ lead Theresa Dang tells HR Daily.
Amazon Australia was launched in 2017, so its internship program is still "relatively new" but has grown by double digits over the past two years.
It has an intake of 125 interns this year across all arms of the business, including web services, operations, and device, with the program kicking off towards the end of the year, and running for 12 weeks...
