Alleviate stress for unsettled execs, or watch them walk

Research that suggests most executives plan to leave their employer in the next two years should drive employers to address leadership stressors now, a talent expert says.

According to a Kelly OCG survey of 1,000 executives across 12 countries, 72% plan to leave their current employer within the next two years. The figure is even higher (76%) among Australian respondents, says APAC vice president and managing director Peter Hamilton.

At the same time, 55% of Aussie execs say they are happy in their current role, suggesting that for some it's less a case of being unhappy, as wanting to be happier...
