About the presenter

Renee Kasbarian is a commercial employment and work health and safety lawyer who advises clients on a range of general employment, industrial relations and WHS matters.

Renee supports the HR functions of the business when assisting clients and adopts a commercial approach to achieve viable and positive outcomes. She works with clients throughout the employment lifecycle, as well as collaborating on proactive employment and WHS projects. Key matters Renee has recently worked on include: advising and assisting with investigating employee confidential information breaches and serious misconduct issues; assisting a commercial construction company with a SafeWork NSW investigation involving serious injury, which resulted in no legal proceedings being commenced; and advising clients in relation to bargaining negotiations with union bodies, including with industrial disputes.
