A strong benefits offering holds more sway with employees than a high salary, research shows.
Almost two-thirds (63%) of employers have had a candidate accept a job offer because of the benefits they offer, in circumstances where the candidate's salary expectations weren't met, according to the 2023 Robert Half Salary Guide.
