Post-employment risks looming at all stages of HR lifecycle
It is critical for organisations to be addressing their post-employment risks at all stages of the employee lifecycle, a lawyer says.
Before hiring someone, it's prudent to check whether they are subject to any post-employment restraints from their previous job, Henry William Lawyers senior associate Renee Kasbarian tells an HR Daily Premium webcast.
