People experience comes first at 'best places to work'
Leading employers are putting the "people experience" first and clearly connecting team goals to organisational ones, according to the latest 'best places to work' research.
Construction company Kapitol Group has topped the WrkPlus 2022 Best Places to Work list, with 96% of employees telling others they are proud to work there.
The organisation places a particular emphasis on aligning each project to its vision and values, the study found; each project team runs a weekly meeting based on a template that includes discussion on the vision and values.
The template asks team members to call out any behaviours, activities, or decisions they feel either showcase the vision and values, or contravene them...
