Operationally mature employers deploying AI in "nearly all processes"
One measure of an employer's "operations maturity" is whether AI is deployed in "nearly all processes", according to research that shows many organisations have a long way to go.
Accenture's report says organisations should be reinventing "every area of their enterprise over time, continually", to better manage change.
But according to the company's survey of 1,700 executives across 12 countries, only 9% of organisations have attained the highest level of operations maturity...
