New WFH term to make modern awards more "fit for purpose"

The Fair Work Commission has announced it will develop a 'working from home' term for modern awards, to ensure the instruments aren't an "impediment" to successful arrangements.

The FWC today published the final report for its modern awards review 2023–24, which was initiated in September last year to consider four "priority" matters, including 'work and care' issues and job security.
