More employers linking DE&I to business success

An overwhelming majority (96%) of Australian leaders view DE&I as more important now than it was in early 2020, and are using it to boost attraction, retention and engagement, new research shows.

The Heidrick & Struggles report found 56% of Australian executives believe their DE&I efforts contribute to their business success to a large extent, compared to 27% three years ago.

The most important ways in which DE&I was seen to contribute to business success were engaging current employees, and attracting a wider pool of talent.
