The proportion of employees experiencing burnout has begun to decline as teams become better adjusted to the new world of work, research suggests.
Based on Elmo Software's quarterly employee sentiment indices, the rate of burnout fell three percentage points to 42% in the six months to June.
Similarly, the proportion of employees feeling overwhelmed by their workload has fallen three percentage points to 29%.
