HR leaders divided on the future of AI adoption
Most HR leaders are excited about the potential of AI to transform their role, but they're not ready to hand over decision-making in certain key areas, research suggests.
Employment Hero's survey of more than 500 HR professionals, which informs the report SuperHuman: AI adoption shaping the future of HR, shows most leaders (86%) are already using software powered by AI.
However, some remain in the dark; specifically, HR professionals in smaller organisations (fewer than 50 employees), and those over 45 years old, were less likely to know whether the software they use leverages AI...
