Five steps make employees feel "heard" after feedback

A five-step framework is helping to minimise the gap between employees' desire to be heard and employers' action on their feedback, says a business psychologist.

Research shows that employees who "feel heard" by their employers are 4.6-times more empowered, which can translate into greater productivity and improved customer experience, says business psychologist and co-founder of Feedback Works, Sam Dawson.
