Energy levels in focus at KPMG

Only 55% of KPMG employees say they can sustain the level of energy they need to do their work, the company has revealed among other key findings in its latest impact report.

The report shows that although this figure is up from 53% in FY22, the company regards this as "insufficient progress" against its targets.

"Sustainable workload continues to be a priority in our profession, and a core part of our firm's approach to providing a mentally healthy work environment," the report says.

"We believe there is still much work to do and we are committed to improving our results year-on-year...
