Employers are investing in new technology more than ever before, but not taking adequate steps to help employees embrace it, an HR tech expert says.
Many organisations are still of the "incorrect" mindset that they can buy a piece of technology, switch it on, try to get employees to adopt it and think "we've put the tick in the box", says SmartWFM COO Rob Scott.
