Hybrid policies must be shaped by 'culture archetypes'

There's no one-size-fits-all approach to hybrid work, but there is a "recipe" that can help employers determine what their model should look like, organisational strategy specialists say.

The most important consideration is "what is your organisation's cultural driver?", says Nous Group principal Tony Fiddes.

There are six archetypes, and while an organisation may relate to many, there is likely one that resonates more strongly, he tells HR Daily.

Each cultural driver is made up of several 'hallmarks' that require various considerations related to policies, technologies and communications for hybrid work.
