EVP fuelling "hyper growth" despite tight talent market

A fintech company experiencing "hyper growth" is already refreshing its relatively new EVP, to more effectively lure talent and retain its new starters, its people leader says.

Till Payments had a workforce of 40 in February last year when Alison Long joined, and it now has "300 people on the ground" with a further 45 contracts out.

And Long, who was recently promoted to chief people officer, says the business aims to grow to 550 employees in a year's time.
