Employers get creative with rewards as HR talent "spoilt for choice"

The HR talent market is experiencing the "perfect squeeze", which is driving up remuneration and sparking a more "creative approach" to rewards, a specialist recruiter says.

"Demand for HR professionals has never appeared to be stronger. HR has found itself in a very important position as business advisor, business partner, and the go-to for so much policy and guidance within the workplace," says HR Partners by Randstad founder and managing director David Owens.
