A manager who produced an "offensive" and factually incorrect template letter when her employer enquired about her coronavirus vaccination status was unfairly sacked due to procedural deficiencies.
In September last year, Baxter & Co texted the manager of its Tamworth shoe store asking how she and the staff were going "with covid vaccinations".
The manager replied that she was still "sitting on the fence" and would shortly send through a letter "prepared apparently by a firm of solicitors". That letter requested the employer:
